Trappers Crossing is one of those quiet developments in Ogden Valley. With 26 lots the subdivision hasn't recorded yet but all improvements are completed except maybe some minor completion items. But the lots are absolutely some of the most stunning. They all feature full views of Snowbasin to the west, which means the entire mountain and the development is so close, it feels like you could touch

The developer is stable, which is a nice thing to hear these days and will record when he feels the market is ready. He will gladly take reservations which are entirely non-binding since the development is not recorded so you can reserve the lot of choice and not have to buy (or not buy at all if you decide not to) until this Utah project is recorded.

Of all the developments in Ogden Valley, this beautiful gem is one of the favorites and ranks among those quality developments with infrastructure, views and location. A great mix. Pricing starts in the mid-200's for a 1/2 acre plus home site. There is open space, trails and CC&Rs to maintain the quality of this Utah Real Estate project.  This project stands to be a great bet going forward.
