Lakeside Village Condominiums
Lakeside Village Resort is situated on the shore of Pineview Reservoir in Huntsville, Utah and is one of two condo projects offering lake front access. Originally started in 1982, there are 12 original units. The project later sold and an additional 76 units where started in 2002 and sold out by 2007.
The new units are mountain contemporary style and all units feature a patio or deck and private hot tub. This feature and the proximaty to Snowbasin Resort has made this project one of the best nightly rentals for condominiums in Ogden Valley. There is an onsite property management company focusing exclusively on Lakeside Village.
The lake front units sell for a premium and also have higher end finishes in general. Lake front units also have larger decks and patios. Three and four bedroom units include a one car garage while the two bedroom units have a covered car port. Spectacular views of Snowbasin and Pineview Reservoir are present in almost all Lakeside Village real estate.
There is a Home Owners Association. Included amenities are a clubhouse, conference room, excercise room, pool, hot tub, tennis courts, gazebo and grass areas. HOA dues range from $230 per month.
