Snowbasin feels an arm’s length away in this amazing community located at the top of Old Snowbasin Road in Huntsville, Utah. The road to Snowbasin is actually closed just below the ridgeline at the parking lot for Wheeler Creek and Art Nord trail heads during the winter, but remains open during summer months. Basinview provides some of the best access to the Forest Service and Snowbasin trail networks. One home has been built on lot 7 and an existing home is located to the east of the project in the ridge. Rumor is lots could be purchased for $450,000 on short sale.
