Utah native Kaiti McKinstry believes that finding a home is so much more than finding a house. A home should reflect its owner’s unique personality and special set of circumstances. Kaiti takes the time to get to know each of her clients and their families, to understand their goals, and to help them find—and ultimately, own—the home of their dreams. She loves guiding her clients through their real estate journeys, and in doing so, sharing with them the beauty, wonders, and adventures found in Ogden Valley—and beyond. 

After graduating from Utah State University with a degree in Biological Anthropology, Kaiti explored the hospitality industry, including working at Yellowstone. Though the experience was nothing short of magical, she found herself longing for Utah—in particular, its dazzling scenery, epic ski resorts and state parks, and friendly people—and eventually moved back home. Whether snowboarding, cross-country skiing, hiking, camping, or kayaking, Kaiti’s passion for the great outdoors inspires her each and every day. She loves being able to share her passion with her family, friends, and clients and is always on board for the next adventure.
