Attention, friends! It’s time yet again for our weekly Blues, Brews, and BBQ Concert Series update.  With seven shows down and eight remaining, the Blues, Brews, and BBQ Concert Series is almost halfway over.  If you still have not made it to Snowbasin to catch one of these excellent—and free—shows, why not check it out this weekend?  This Sunday, August 11th, Snowbasin will welcome Jeff Crosby and the Refugees, along with special guest The Kap Brothers Band, to the Patio at Earl’s Lodge for the latest installment of the Blues, Brews, and BBQ Concert Series.

Jeff Crosby and the Refugees is a four-piece folk/rock/Americana band from Donnelly, Idaho.  Led by frontman Jeff Crosby, along with his brother and bassist Andrew Crosby, Jeff Crosby and the Refugees formed in 2010 and released their first album, Silent Conversations EP, in 2013.  Prior to releasing Silent Conversations EP with The Refugees, Jeff Crosby released two albums (Jeff Crosby and Too Many Walls, both in 2011) as a solo artist.  Since releasing Silent Conversations EP, Jeff Crosby and the Refugees have toured relentlessly, playing shows all over the United States.  And on Sunday, August 11th, Jeff Crosby and the Refugees will come to Huntsville for this edition of Snowbasin’s Blues, Brews, and BBQ Concert Series.

Opening for Jeff Crosby and the Refugees on stage at the Patio at Earl’s Lounge will be special guest The Kap Brothers Band.  Led by brothers Roby and Richie Kap, The Kap Brothers Band is an eight-piece blues/rock/country cover band from Ogden.

If you’ve never been to a Blues, Brews, and BBQ show at Snowbasin, this is a great week to start.  Jeff Crosby is an exceedingly talented singer and songwriter, and The Kap Brothers Band only plays all the greatest rock ‘n’ roll, blues, and country hits.  In addition, this is an all-ages show, so bring the whole family and have a good time!

The Kap Brothers Band will take the stage at the Patio at Earl’s Lodge at 12:00 pm, followed by headliner Jeff Crosby and the Refugees at 3:00.

Earl’s Lodge is located at the base of Snowbasin, just beyond the main parking lots.  The Patio is located around the back of the building; you should have no trouble finding it.  Admission to this Blues, Brews, and BBQ concert is free and open to all ages.  Delicious BBQ grub and beer will be available for purchase.
