Hannah Jones’ passion for real estate began in 2008, helping buyers and sellers navigate the residential market. Over the years, her career expanded into commercial real estate and eventually development, giving her a well-rounded perspective on every stage of the real estate process.
What Hannah loves most about real estate is helping bring a vision to life. From finding the right home to transforming a piece of land into a thriving community, she enjoys helping people turn ideas into reality. With experience across land acquisition, planning, construction, and completion, Hannah understands how thoughtful design, strong planning, and long-term value come together to create exceptional properties.
While she grew up in Idaho, Hannah now calls Utah home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, boating, mountain biking, skiing, and playing pickleball.
Hannah is connected to meaningful community work through her development company’s involvement with nonprofit organizations, including Habitat for Humanity and First Step House. Working alongside these organizations to create homes, facilities, and infrastructure that support their missions has been one of the most rewarding aspects of her career.
