Experienced and professional, Brandi Hammon serves her clients with in-depth knowledge in real estate and associated transactions. She is one of northern Utah’s top performing brokers, serving sophisticated clientele in a multitude of transactions including residential, commercial, developments, new construction, second home, short sale, foreclosure and investment properties. She has exclusively represented seven developments, including The Reserve at Crimson Ridge, Beaufontaine, Trappers Crossing, Rivers Edge, The Ranches at Monte Cristo, Edgewater Condominiums and Lakeside Resort Condominiums. She lists and sells properties from $60,000 to $13,000,000 and carries over 100 listings.
Having owned and operated a construction company Brandi gained experience with building codes, quality construction, building costs and legal implications associated with the industry, i.e. lien law, contract enforcement, change orders, etc. Building and designing three speculation homes herself, she can envision homes and changes to enhance homes, estimate expected costs, and design for resale. This experience proves invaluable to her clients’ ability in choosing whether to build, buy existing, or buy existing and remodel. It allows her clients to make a comprehensive decision, one which many agents lack the ability to facilitate.
Brandi came to real estate as an investor and later opened her own brokerage. Her experience in flipping, renting, developing and analyzing real estate transactions allows her to add a non-emotional component to the real estate transaction. Offering clients a second opinion based on financial analysis, exit strategy and hold time. This balances the emotional need of many clients with the analytical financial analysis reducing the likelihood of overpaying for a property.
In addition to being a prudent buyer representative, Brandi’s selling skills have earned her a reputation as one the best marketing and sales agents in the area. Properties are represented at their best through staging, professional photography and exposure on over 30 websites, blogs and social media sites. Signage, website and brochure advertising are all superior to those of her competitors because of the attentiveness to detail and quality.
More than a sophisticated real estate broker, Brandi contributes to and enjoys the lifestyle in the areas she serves as a runner, mountain biker, mountaineer, skier and climber. She has served on the board for Ogden Valley Pathways, 25th Street Association and the Ogden Valley Land Trust and is presently a board member for the Weber School Foundation.
