Heather Bowden

An Ogden Valley native, Heather Bowden is an experienced professional in the industry. She graduated from Weber High School in 1997 and got her real estate license in 1999 at the age of 19. Her passion was driven by the excitement of purchasing a home, particularly with first time buyers. Now she enjoys the two sides of the experience by representing both sellers and buyers.

Heather worked simultaneously as a part time agent and for a chiropractic office for twelve years before joining Mountain Luxury full time in 2016. She has nearly 20 years of experience and over the years has accumulated an extensive knowledge on luxury home sales, property sales, new developments, and the legalities of the industry. Her excellent communication skills, professional techniques, and a good-natured demeanor make her a top-notch agent. She is dedicated to making sure that all of her client’s expectations are not only met, but exceeded.

In addition to real estate, Heather enjoys the great outdoors with her family. Her favorite activities include camping, boating, riding horses, fishing, hunting, riding UTVs, and snowboarding. She loves to travel and see new places, especially those with sandy beaches!
