As a Utah Native who left the area and came home, living in Ogden Valley is like a dream come true. After a career as a Global Sales Executive with a fortune 100 company, coming home to Utah has given me the opportunity to re-connect with what is important to me in life. Bought a Single Family home in 2015 in Ogden, UT. - Kathy was absolutely amazing. We looked at close to 30 houses before we found the one. We had found a couple that we made offers on but we were late in doing so and the homes sold. Kathy was wonderful in sending us updated homes for sale on the MLS list and was always available at the time we needed to look since both my wife and I work full time. I would recommend Kathy for her expertise in real estate as well as her willingness to work with her clients. I would give her a rating of 15 out of 10 and would highly recommend her!

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 in Huntsville, UT. - Kathy Grandin did a great job for me in selling my home. She is very knowledgeble with respect to the local market, and had great ideas for making the home sell easier and more quickly. There were quite a few homes in my price range for sale, and mine was one of the first to sell, thanks to Kathy. She is very attentive and proactive, and has become a good friend as well.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in Ogden, UT. - Kathy was a true blessing to work with. My wife and I sold one home and purchased another in a very timely manner. She was always available to us and responded quickly to any of our questions or concerns during the complete process.
