Grant Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, you must:
- Be buying a home in Washington County
- Live in the home—no rentals or mobile homes
- Use a licensed realtor to help with your home search
- Have a credit score of 640 or higher
- Get a pre-qualification letter from a lender before you apply
- Be able to buy within 12 months of getting the grant
