Eagle Ridge is an architecturally designed community in Eden, Utah. Featuring design guidelines that include stone on all sides of the home, garage doors directed away from the street to enhance the aesthetics of the neighborhood, etc. It is one of the more stringent communities without being overbearing to maintain the quality of Ogden Valley. Developed by R&O Construction most of the beautiful homes were built by them. Future homes do have the option of using R&O or an approved builder.

With numerous lots and nearly 20 acres of open space, Eagle Ridge is a moderately sized neighborhood full of ambiance with well thought out aesthetic. Lots range from approximately one half acre to an acre in size, and most lots share at least one border with open space. These lots are mainly flat and very easy to build on.

Eagle Ridge is nestled on a ridge overlooking the North Fork River, the Ben Lomond mountain range and Nordic Valley to the west. Views of Pineview Reservoir and Snowbasin to the south with Powder Mountain’s peaks to the northeast. Centrally located, it is just minutes to “downtown Eden” and an easy 2 minutes from the Wolf Creek golf course.
