Must-See Landmark
Devil's Slide
Website | Devils Slide, Utah 84018
A Morgan landmark with a fascinating history. At one time in the past, an entire community developed near the slide - which is two large layers of limestone, 40-feet tall and 20-feet apart. Eventually the residents left, abandoning the area. However the formation continued to draw people and many ceremonies were held, some known, some in secret.
Today, the landmark cannot be publicly accessed. However there are pullouts along I-84 to stop and admire these incredible rock formations and many enjoy them while floating on the Weber River.
