What can we say about Jake? Chef's kiss, excellent, 11 out of 10 stars!!! He came in and was straightforward with us. Didn't try to put us on the market for more than we should have and we went from on the market to under contract in 4 days. For more than asking with multiple offers!!! All when the house down the street had been on for 80+ days and is still sitting. When we had a question on the weekend, he answered with a picture from the mountain top He was skiing on and answered our question. Who else does that?? Highly recommend. Thanks for everything Jake.
