Born in Wisconsin to an Air Force family, Jerry spent his formative years traveling the world—attending school in England, Arizona, Hawaii, and ultimately graduating in Utah, class of ’79. This global perspective, paired with a lifelong love of the outdoors, informs his thoughtful, people-first approach to real estate.
Prior to real estate, Jerry owned and operated Ace Billiards, a successful retail business specializing in home game equipment. Though he closed the storefront in 2007, he still crafts custom timber and log-style pool tables—a nod to his enduring appreciation for craftsmanship and character.
