Virtually on top of the world lies a pristine ski and mountain bike community ripe for creating a dreamy mountain escape with unmatched views of the surrounding valleys. Aspen Ridge is located a stone’s throw from the top of the Hidden Lake Express lift, the Hidden Lake Lodge and Sky Lodge at Powder Mountain, one of North America’s largest ski resorts.

The community is comprised of eleven build lots, the northernmost parcels are directly adjacent to the ski resort’s Lodge Trail run leading to the Timberline Lodge. The trail leading to Powder Country is to the south of the community offering the best of both worlds in alpine skiing. Several of the lots are surrounded by aspens, while others are encompassed on all sides by the spectacular views.

During the summer, the mountaintop evolves into a mountain biking mecca with trails weaving all around the resort, with more on the horizon. The Brim Trail is the crown jewel that offers an exciting and technically manageable loop, with a completely different experience depending on which direction you go. The Paper Airplane trail leads to a unique art installation worth seeing on foot or by bike. The steel sculpture depicts a paper airplane as if it had landed during a typical flight on the breeze.

The Aspen Ridge build lots are serviced with water and sewer from Powder Mountain Water and Sewer. Power is provided by Rocky Mountain Power and gas would be propane with underground tanks. All utilities other than gas are stubbed to the lots. HOA fees are $1,000 per quarter and cover maintenance of trail access to ski resort and mountain biking trails, landscaping, snow and road maintenance, common area insurance and utilities stubbed to build lots, including fiber internet. The community is also zoned for nightly rentals.
