Homes Overview

During the last quarter of 2025 15 homes sold in Huntsville, 3 of those were in the recreation areas. The other 12 ranged from $630,000 to $2,630,000. Of those 15 homes 2 of them were in the Chalets, one at $1,350,000 and the other at $2,520,000.

Land Overview

Land was surprisingly close to home sales with 12 lots selling during the 4th quarter. None of those land sales were located at The Chalets.

Ogden Valley Overview

The Ogden Valley real estate market shows steady strength and balance. While things aren’t as fast-paced as the peak years, there is still consistent demand for well-priced, well-located homes—especially those offering the mountain lifestyle people move here for.

Buyers take a little more time, ask more questions, and focus on long-term value, while homes that are priced right and properly prepared continue to sell.
