Eagle Ridge is an architecturally designed community in Eden, Utah. All infrastructure has been developed at Eagle Ridge. This includes gas, power, phone, water, secondary water and sewer. The roads in Eagle Ridge are public and are therefore maintained by Weber County including snow removal. The developer is in control of the HOA and there are presently no HOA fees although this may change in the future.
