Homesites are fully improved with all infrastructure including natural gas, power, water, sewer, phone, and internet. The water and sewer services are provided by Wolf Creek Water and Sewer (connection fees may apply). Roads in Eagle’s Landing are public and are therefore maintained by Weber County, which includes snow removal. Presently there are no HOA fees being assessed and the HOA has not been established.
