For summertime watersports at Pineview Reservoir, it’s an easy seven minute drive down the hill to the nearest boat ramp and even closer for stand-up paddle boarding. For a vibrant nightlife, entertainment, shopping and dining, Ogden is a quick 20 minutes down the stunning Ogden Canyon.

Homesites are fully improved with all infrastructure including natural gas, power, water, sewer, phone, and internet. The water and sewer services are provided by Wolf Creek Water and Sewer (connection fees may apply). Roads in Eagle’s Landing are public and are therefore maintained by Weber County, which includes snow removal. Presently there are no HOA fees being assessed and the HOA has not been established.
