Fairway Oaks Real Estate

Fairway Oaks is a quaint residential neighborhood in Eden, Utah.  As a section of the Wolf Creek Utah Lodge real estate development project, Fairway Oaks is located right on the Wolf Creek Utah Golf Course.  In fact, the lots on the north side of Fairway Oaks share a border with the green and the fairway on the course's fourteenth hole, while lots on the east side of the neighborhood share a border with the green on the thirteenth hole.  All lots enjoy views of the Monte Cristo Mountains to the east and the Wasatch Mountains, Wolf Mountain, and North Ogden Divide to the west.

Fairway Oaks contains 37 lots, and most lots are under a half an acre in size.  Aside from a vacant lot here and there, this neighborhood has been built out.  Fairway Oaks is home to a mixture of full-time and part-time residents alike.

All infrastructure is in place in Fairway Oaks.  This includes water, sewer and gas.  Roads in Fairway Oaks are public and are therefore maintained by Weber County.  This includes snow removal.
