Patio Springs is a quaint residential subdivision in Eden, Utah.  This neighborhood is located just west of Wolf Creek Utah Golf Course.  In fact, many homes on the eastern edge of Patio Springs share a border with the fairway and the green on the golf course's twelfth hole.  Homes in the northeast corner of Patio Springs are located very near the fairway on the thirteenth hole.  The club house at Wolf Creek Utah Golf Course is only minutes away.  In addition, Patio Springs is within short driving distance of Powder Mountain Winter Resort and Wolf Mountain Ski Resort.  Snowbasin Ski Resort is within 30 minutes.

One of the wonderful aspects of Patio Springs is its layout. This neighborhood is designed in such a way that almost all lots share at least one border with open space. This helps to maintain the neighborhood's gorgeous views of the Monte Cristo Mountains to the east and the Wasatch Mountains to the west. Some Patio Springs lots even enjoy views of Pineview Reservoir and Snowbasin Ski Resort in the distance to the south. In addition, the largest open space is located right in the center of the subdivision. A gorgeous creek runs directly down the middle of this space. This land is protected under a conservation easement, forever preserving Patio Springs' wonderful views.

All infrastructures are in place in Patio Springs. This includes water, sewer, gas, power, phone, and internet. Roads in Patio Springs are public and are therefore maintained by Weber County. This includes snow removal. An active Homeowners Association is in place in Patio Springs, and homeowners must pay a nominal HOA fee, which covers maintenance of common areas and more.
