Patio Springs is a quaint residential subdivision in Eden, Utah. This neighborhood is located just west of Wolf Creek Utah Golf Course. This includes snow removal. An active Homeowners Association is in place in Patio Springs, and homeowners must pay a nominal HOA fee, which covers maintenance of common areas and more.
