Pineview Reservoir

Construction of Pineview Reservoir began in 1934 to store Ogden River floodwaters. Since then, it's become a recreational paradise for mountain lovers and city dwellers alike. Fishing, swimming, boating, windsurfing, jet-skiing, and everything in between can be enjoyed at this mid-size reservoir. Beach activities are also popular with three sandy beach areas perfect for volleyball, horseshoes, and more. Cemetery Point is located just west of Huntsville, Utah and Middle Inlet Beach is just north. Anderson Cove Campground and day-use area also feature sandy beaches. If you're looking for a place for non-motorized watercraft, Windsurfer Beach on the west side of the lake is perfect.
