Construction of Pineview Reservoir began in 1934 to store Ogden River floodwaters. Since then, it's become a recreational paradise for mountain lovers and city dwellers alike. Fishing, swimming, boating, windsurfing, jet-skiing, and everything in between can be enjoyed at this mid-size reservoir. Beach activities are also popular with three sandy beach areas perfect for volleyball, horseshoes, and more.
