Trappers Ridge is a quaint neighborhood in Eden, Utah. Nestled on the foothills of the Monte Cristo Mountains, many lots in this subdivision enjoy views of the southern portion of Ogden Valley, including nearby Pineview Reservoir and Snowbasin Ski Resort in the distance. The lots on the neighborhood's southern border will boast the finest, least-obstructed views of any other lots in the neighborhood. Trappers Ridge is commonly used for part-time, vacation living, though many of the neighborhood's residents are full-time as well. All of Ogden Valley's ski areas--Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, and Wolf Mountain--are within 40 minutes of Trappers Ridge.

Trappers Ridge contains nearly 130 lots, making it a relatively large subdivision, but all lots in this neighborhood are smaller than a half an acre. Trappers Ridge was basically designed as a Planned Unit Development (PUD). As such, part-time residents are free to rent out their homes to guests who stay at least three nights. In addition, as a PUD, homes in Trappers Ridge are intended to look uniform, much like a condominium resort. To that end, the developer offers five different design plans.

All lots in Trappers Ridge are fully improved with all infrastructures, including gas, power, sewer, water, phone, and internet. Homeowners must pay HOA fees, which cover landscaping and community maintenance. The HOA also offers a clubhouse to Trappers Ridge residents with a swimming pool and fitness center.
