The Highlands at Wolf Creek is a beautiful, well-established subdivision in Eden, Utah. Nestled on the western slopes of the Monte Cristo Mountains, this neighborhood offers striking views of the Wasatch Mountains including Ben Lomond to the west with Pineview Reservoir and Snowbasin to the south. Many lots also enjoy views of nearby Wolf Creek Golf Course and Snowbasin Ski Resort in the distance. In addition to its striking views, the Highlands offers a convenient location. The neighborhood is located almost centrally between Nordic Valley and Powder Mountain ski areas; both destinations are within 10 minutes. Snowbasin and downtown Ogden are both within 25 minutes.
The Highlands is one of the larger neighborhoods in the area with more than 130 lots. Lots range in size from one-third of an acre to half an acre. The lots are relatively on flat or gently sloping land and are much easier to build on than some other subdivisions in Ogden Valley.
