North Salt Lake, Utah, is a small city at the southern tip of Davis County.  North Salt Lake is bordered by Salt Lake City to the south, Woods Cross and Bountiful to the north, the Great Salt Lake to the west, and the Wasatch Mountains to the east.  Incorporated in 1946, North Salt Lake is actually the youngest city in Davis County.  Prior to its incorporation, the area had been undesignated since Mormon pioneers settled Salt Lake City in 1847.  At the time of its founding, North Salt Lake consisted of just 456 square acres.  Since then, the city has grown to 8.2 square miles.

Today, over 20,000 residents call North Salt Lake home.  This city is one of the fastest-growing communities in Davis County.  In fact, since 2000, North Salt Lake has seen over a 76% population growth, according to BestPlaces.net.  North Salt Lake offers many wonderful amenities and services for its residents, including multiple public parks, numerous summer recreational activities, and the beautiful Eaglewood Golf Course.  This city is also known for its convenient location; downtown Salt Lake City and the Salt Lake International Airport are both within 20 minutes.  In addition, most of the ski resorts in the mountains east of Salt Lake City, including Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, and many more, are all within an hour's drive.

The market in North Salt Lake is unique.  Many of the homes on the city's east side, on the benches of the Wasatch Mountains, are luxurious, while much of the housing on the city's west side, on the valley floor, is suburban and residential.
